Season 11 Starts Now: The Next Level of Junior Curling
More than a decade of building athletes. Now we elevate the experience.
For over a decade, the Junior Slam Series has helped shape the next generation of competitive curlers—creating opportunities for athletes to compete, develop, and grow.
Season 11 marks a new chapter.
We are evolving the Junior Slam Series into a true high-performance pathway—designed to challenge athletes, support coaches, and elevate the experience at every event.
With expanded programming, enhanced on-site delivery, and new strategic partnerships, this season is built to take development further than ever before.
This is where athletes don’t just compete—
they build, refine, and prove their game.
What’s New in Season 11
Enhanced Development Opportunities
Season 11 places a stronger emphasis on athlete, team, and coach development—through structured learning environments, increased coaching engagement, and intentional performance feedback throughout events.
A Higher Standard On and Off the Ice
We are enhancing the on-site experience across all Slams – creating a more professional, engaging, and high-performance environment that reflects the level our athletes aspire to.
Powered by Industry-Leading Partners
Through new partnerships with Legacy Curling Academy and Granite Strength Academy, athletes gain access to deeper expertise in technical development, performance training, and long-term athlete growth.
U15 Tour – Where the Journey Begins
The U15 Tour – powered by Legacy Curling Academy, is designed as an entry point into meaningful competition – where developing athletes are introduced to stronger fields, structured play, and the habits required to grow in the game.
This stage is about building confidence, learning to compete, and beginning to understand the demands of higher-level curling. Athletes are challenged to apply skills under pressure, communicate effectively as a team, and take early ownership of their development.
For many, the U15 Series is the first step into a larger competitive pathway—laying the foundation for future success at the U18 and beyond.
U18 Tour – Where Athletes start to Separate
Our U18 tour is a high-performance environment where athletes begin to distinguish themselves within deeper, more competitive fields.
Here, the focus shifts from participation to performance. Teams are expected to execute with consistency, manage increasingly complex game situations, and compete with purpose. It is a critical stage for refining strategy, strengthening team dynamics, and building the resilience required for success at higher levels.
For athletes aspiring to compete at provincial, national, or collegiate levels, the U18 Series provides a proven platform to develop and measure progress.
U20 Tour – Where Performance Meets Purpose
The U20 Tour, powered by Granite Strength Academy, represents the final stage of junior development—where athletes prepare to transition into university competition, national championships, and beyond.
This is a true high-performance environment, where expectations are elevated and results are earned through preparation, execution, and consistency. Teams are challenged to perform under pressure, make high-level decisions, and take full ownership of their competitive process.
For those committed to reaching the next level, the U20 Tour is where athletes refine their game, define their identity, and prove they are ready for what comes next.
Mixed Slams
Strategy meets synergy in the 4-Person Mixed Discipline — a unique and exciting part of the Junior Slam Series that celebrates balanced teams and creative curling. With two girls and two boys per team, the mixed format challenges athletes to adapt, communicate, and collaborate like never before. It’s an ideal setting to build new friendships, test fresh dynamics, and explore curling from a new perspective. Whether you’re forming a new team or entering as a seasoned group, the mixed discipline offers something refreshingly different — and seriously fun.
The Elite Mixed Doubles Series: A Complete Competitive Pathway
The Elite Curling Mixed Doubles Series has evolved into a seven-event competitive pathway—designed to test, challenge, and ultimately identify the top mixed doubles teams.
From early-season opportunity to high-pressure moments and championship play, each event builds toward the Summit – where the best teams earn their place at the top.
And for those who rise above, the journey continues beyond Canada, with opportunities to compete on the international stage.
