U15 Slams are two-day events that combine competition with skill development, coaching opportunities and on- and off-ice learning. Teams can be any combination of boys and girls under the age of 15 as of July 1 before the start of the season.
U18 & U21 Slams provide the most competitive format and the deepest fields in Junior Curling. If you team aspires to a provincial or national title, the slam events are an essential component of your season.
Our U25 age category opens many opportunities for teams to play up in this new age category with teams combined age up to 100, this age group may also including varsity curling teams. The expanded U25 age limit provides a mutually beneficial experience, allowing young adult players who have newly ‘aged out’ of juniors the affordability and high-performance competition of a Slam and giving our younger athletes the chance to play “up” to a higher skill level.
Entry Fees
While individual events may vary, the standard pricing for U18 and U21 events is $495. U15 Events are $375 and Mixed Doubles Events are $300. U25 events start at $600 but may vary across the country. All prices are per team in Canadian dollars plus HST.
